Another top afternoon evening sail with Chris and Vix at the Manor end.
The Sea was flat with swell riding coming in with the SW wind blowing 12-15kts, well sunny and warm with beachies enjoying the weather.
It was windy in the afternoon so rigged 7.7 H2 / 146L Excite ride pro which was OK but the wind eased a bit so switched to 8.7 H2 and was well powered the rest of the session.
Long runs out to the shipping marker bearing off down the coast – fantastic, although speed was a bit low at 22.8kts as the fast stretch was going out against the tide.
The beat back was nice also as always powered with tide taking you back to the launch site.
4****’s instead of 5 cos I rigged and extra sail but maybe 5***** cos the fish and chips was great :)
